Performers Jeremy Morse and Alex Tripp offer classes that center around comedy, improv, and all things fun :) Currently offering virtual private coaching and improv/acting classes for ages 6 - 18. Please check back for updates!

OUR FUNNY MISSION

We believe that it is incredibly important to keep your improv and acting skills finely tuned. One of the ways we do that is by taking classes and hiring coaches to stretch ourselves, learn new skills, and keep the skills we have in good shape! Auditioning is one of the most important (and difficult) parts of being an actor, so coaching and taking improv/acting classes can give you the confidence and preparation you need to succeed! There are so many factors that are out of your control when you go into an audition, but two of the things you can control are your preparation and flexibility. To do a great job and impress the casting director, director, choreographer, and producers that might all be in your audition room, you have to be confident. And to be confident you need to be prepared and ready to work.

CLASSES

ZOOM IMPROV (AGES 9 TO 11)

A one-hour class that focuses on acting and improvisation through a series of structured theatre/improv games that get kids thinking creatively and outside the box while also building listening and response skills. Also, all students are required to have fun. Class sizes are limited to six students per session.

ZOOM IMPROV (AGES 12 TO 14)

A one-hour class that focuses on acting and improvisation through a series of structured theatre/improv games that get kids thinking creatively and outside the box while also building listening and response skills. Also, all students are required to have fun. Class sizes are limited to six students per session.

ZOOM IMPROV (AGES 6 - 9)

A one-hour class that focuses on the basics of acting and improvisation through a series of structured theatre/improv games that get kids thinking creatively and outside the box while also building listening and response skills. Also, all students are required to have fun. Class sizes are limited to six students per session.

ZOOM IMPROV (AGES 14 - 18)

An 80-minute class that focuses on improvisation through a series of structured theatre/improv games that get actors and actresses thinking creatively and outside the box while also building listening and response skills. Class sizes are limited to eight students.

PRIVATE COACHING (ALL AGES)

Jeremy and Alex will work with you on sides and/or songs to make you feel comfortable and confident by helping craft a series of choices. This way you can go into any audition and accomplish what the material calls for while showing yourself off in the best way possible

PRICING:

Improv Age 6 - 14: FIRST CLASS FREE, $120 per four weeks/classes

Improv Age 14 - 18: $140 per four weeks/classes, $35 per drop-in

Private Coaching: $40 per half hour / $75 per hour

Classes in Person/Zoom

Zoom Improv (Ages 6 - 9): $30 per kid for a 60-minute class. Begins with a short introduction and a warm-up, then leads into a series of fun improv and theatre games that build upon basic acting and improv skills.

Zoom Improv (Ages 10 - 14): $30 per kid for a 60-minute class. Begins with a short introduction and a warm-up, then leads into a series of fun improv and theatre games that build upon basic-to-intermediate acting and improv skills. This level will introduce more complex scene work and character building

Zoom Improv (Adult): $40 per person for a 90-minute class. Begins with a short introduction and a warm-up, then leads into a series of improv and theatre games that will get you thinking on your feet and laughing your a**es off, finishes with a 15-minute Q&A. All levels welcome! Beginning to advanced scene work and character building.

Broadway Dance Masterclass: $200 for 90 minutes. You will be learning some of the styles of movement from Waitress the Musical or Frozen the Musical! Begins with a short introduction, then a physical warm-up which leads into learning one-or-two dance combinations, then finishes with a 20 minute Q&A.

Broadway Performance Masterclass: $250 for 90 minutes (accompanist provided for one hour). You will learn the vocal stylings of music from Waitress the Musical or Frozen the Musical! Begins with a short introduction, then a vocal/physical warm-up which leads into learning some music and one-to-two dance combinations, then finishes with a 20 minute Q&A.

*Rates above do not include the booking of a space/room, Zoom classes do not require the booking of a space. If you have your own space suitable for an in-person class when that is safe again, I am happy to come to you. If you wish to book your own space, that works for me! I am also happy to provide you with some options in Manhattan and complete the booking for you.
